Xiaomi Type-C Earphones – Review Xiaomi Active Noise Canceling Headphones
Me after spending a lot of time with Xiaomi Type-C earphones. I have decided to share my personal experiences with you. Also whether they are worth your money or not.
We are reviewing the Xiaomi Mi Noise cancelling Type-C Headphones and running them through our in-depth sound test run to share with our readers their performance with this Xiaomi Mi Noise cancelling Type-C Headphones Review. All that for at just under Rs.3000 Rupees, so I decided to give them a review article.
Build quality
The type C earphones from Xiaomi are built well like most sham products are with a braided cable that feels decent enough. And what Xiaomi claims are titanium built here cups. I don’t know about that but this show feel nice and look great. The cable running from the ear-buds to the volume controller is a bit weak, but I’m not too worried about that. Part of this is the volume controller’s buttons are quite tactile. However in favor of minimalism Xiaomi didn’t put the plus(+) minus(-) and play/pause⏯︎ markings on the buttons and well they look good. But I have to constantly check if I’m pressing the right button or not. Because all three of them feel identical to the touch.

Inline Remote Control
Now talking about the inline remote control. It is got three buttons on it volume down media play pause and volume up. And at the side over here you have got a two level active noise reduction(ANC) switch. Now the Active Noise Cancellation to work you need to keep charging. This controller unit once in a while there is a micro USB port for that on the other side and at the back side you have got the stylish shirt clip with the Mi logo on it.
ANC Support
Xiaomi Mi Noice Canceling Type-C Headphones Officially Compatible with Xiaomi Smartphones that have a USB Type-C Connection Other devices with a Type-C Connection are not officially 100% guaranteed to be compatible, the headphones will probably work but Key issues can arise with the ANC function that may not function properly. We have tested them through a USB Type-C to USB-3.0 Connected PC port and the Xiaomi MI Noice cancelling Type-C Headphone. Where 100% compatible with all the PC’s and laptop in our HQ, even the ANC worked flawlessly.
Value for Money
My main concern with the Xiaomi earphones was actually how good can active noise cancellation be on a Rs3000/- Rupees Earphones. The answer then pretty damn good. Don’t go comparing it with headphones that cost upwards of Rs6000/- rupees obviously but for the piece three thousand. The mini Type-C earphones to stand their ground rather well. Just flip the ANC switch on the controller and the noise cancellation kicks in.

I tried them out in the office and on the noisy Street outside and noise cancellation made a very great difference. Earphones have memes miles that listen to ambient sound and create a sound wave that basically cancels the sound from your surroundings. So you end up listening to only the Music your playing on USB-C only phone. Without any disturbance what’s ever. That is one advantage of moving to USB Type-c. Active noise cancellation can now we have built into earphones and they can be powered by a Smartphone. With or without the Noise cancellation the earphone sound rate for earphones that come with Active Noise Cancellation and a priced under 3000 rupees.
Sound Quality
The Mi type C earphones a pretty damn good when it comes to sound quality. they have a frequency response from 20 Hertz to 40,000 Hertz. the bass is good enough and the sound doesn’t start even at max volume. which by the way gets very loud. I did notice that sometimes there was some humming in the height of the songs.
But again this is also not a deal-breaker as these are earphones, do not expect headphone level depth from them which is unrealistic. Most Type-C earphones don’t play well with devices from other manufacturers which is weird because the whole point of going USB-C is that it’s Universal. however I tested Xiaomi’s earphones with the Asus ROG-II the Nokia 8, OnePlus 5 and Pixel 2. They work with each and every single one of them. However on my OnePlus 5 I did have to enable OTG in order to get them to work the same.
Inside Box
Xiaomi Type-C Earphones come packed in a nice small box wrapped around a soft silicone case that just feels good. Under the Earphones Xiaomi includes three different sets of ear-buds for the perfect fit. You will find a cloth bag in the box to carry the earphones and ear hooks as well. As per my personal experience the cloth bag is basically useless to me but the ear hooks are a godsend. Usually the earphones just never stay in my ear, but give them a hook. The Xiaomi Type-C earphones stay in my ear whether I’m just sitting and walking around talking on the phone or just sitting idle enjoying my favorite tracks.

Conclusion
Lastly, there is a great pair of Mi Type C earphones in the price range of Rs 3000. In fact I would say that mi Type-C is the best pair of earphones you can get in this price range. However it only stands out – if you are considering USB Type C earphones. If your smartphone has a headphone jack then there are better earphones out there thanks to the 3.5mm jack. Which you can get in this price range, Okay.
If your smartphone has a headphone jack then there are better earphones for 3.5mm jack. Which you can get in this price range. Well, if you can get great earphones for half this price. When you are looking for USB Type-C earphones, that’s when the prices skyrocket. So make sure you know what you are getting into when buying a phone without a headphone jack. Dongle life is not easy nor cheap. Will those are my thoughts on the me types the earphones what do you think about them.
